Repair of damaged roads due to rioting
Drove down Heugh Rd and Community Street today and noticed quite a bit of damage to the tar on the roads. I have a feeling that the damage was most probably caused by the burning of tyres etc during the riots. We have a largely dysfunctional, struggling Metro, where the people who pay very little, in respect to rates, lights and water, find the muscle and behave like thugs to demand better services.
