War-Rom on No-Service-Delivery

17 May 2012 By NMB Communications

The Nelson Mandela Bay Communications spokesperson, Kupido Baron reports thus; “The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s War-Rom on No-Service-Delivery made extremely great advances in providing efficient services to the residents of this forward-thinking municipality. Since the established of this centre on 11 May 2011, days before the African National Congress won an outright majority on 18 May 2011 to govern the city again, 92.5% of the complaints received up until 11 May this year were successfully resolved.

“This means that the resounding majority of the complaints received at the municipality’s toll-free number (0800 20 50 50) – a whopping 72 972 to be specific – have been successfully concluded resulting in many happy clients thanking the municipality for efficient and fast service delivery.

“Issues reported range from water and sanitation, electricity and energy, environmental health, waste management amongst others.

Residents are encouraged to continue contacting the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality on 0800 20 50 50 (a free call from a landline) to report any municipal-related matter.”

Editor’s Notes: I hope that this person’s problem (See: How to Log Complaints With the NMBMM Service Delivery Call Centre) has now been successfully concluded, Kupido?

This Stoopid Derem’s comments are amazing – we, the rate payers of this Metro must foot the bill for this ar$ewhipe to be paid to sing the praises of the ANC who are notorious for pharking up the entire country…

What a lot of hoo hah! My issue is STILL not resolved, it is a grass patch in front of the substation in Foles Hill, lovemore Heights! All we need now is a little fire and the substation will be no more. My very simple call was logged on the 26 March and not in April as I stated in a previous post. A call centre can have a 99% success rate, but hack off just 1% and you are considered failures – lack of communication and feedback is sorely lacking.
