Port Elizabeth - A man was shot in the leg on Tuesday evening for allegedly not having a size 10 spanner in his possession. Port Elizabeth police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Alwin Labans, said the man, aged 59, and his son, 33, were standing outside their home in Sydenham when two unknown men approached them.
