Threatened Chronic Water Shortage
In light of the fact that a severe drought is forecast for the winter period of 2013 and for the next ten years, I am adamant that water conservation be regarded as a major priority. I suggest that systems be put in place to accumulate storm water and that additional water saving procedures be instituted without delay.
