The first Saturday afternoon of the month is Saturday Forum day at the ACT Centre, Target Kloof starting at 14h30.
This coming Saturday 5 March will feature an afternoon of meditation with Rose Batchelor who says; “Badly managed or unacknowledged emotions can cause discord in our psyches and affect the quality of our joy levels – by visualizing the Chakra system we discover a tool for restoring balance.”
The afternoon will include breathing exercises and a guided meditation
Bring a blanket and pillow!

All proceeds go to the ACT Centre – Tea and coffee will be provided – Friends are welcome!
