Alleged Shauderville drug dealer arrested

A 32 year old Shauderville man was arrested at his house during an early morning raid by members of the intervention units deployed in the Northern areas. Police received an anonymous tip off and immediately reacted. Rock cocaine, tik, tranquilisers and a substantial amount of cash was found in the Highfield Road house. It is alleged that at about 07:50 on 19 February, a 29 year old known gangster was shot and wounded outside a primary school in Shauderville Port Elizabeth. The man had just dropped off his fiancé, a teacher at the school and as he drove out the school gates, shots were fired from a white VW Golf.
