You may remember the post of 6 December with the pic of one of numerous covers in the streets of Richmond Hill that disappeared under the watchful eye of the SAPS. Many tyres and rims have been damaged since that time and no one from SAPS nor the municipality seems to care. More holes appeared since then. More Humewood SAPS prevention success!
This afternoon Milly was robbed again. Second time since Dir Koll's clampdown on Richmond Hill's Alan Mounter. The irony is that Alan is living less than 30m from here but is not allowed to assist, compliments of Humewood SAPS. Burglars on the loose
A Nissan Sentra, similar to the one in the image below, same metallic blue colour with tinted windows was seen in Richmond Hill at the scenes of two burglaries and an attempted house robbery recently. There were at least three males in the vehicle. The suspects will be in possession or try to sell several stolen items i.e. bracelets. earrings, Bushnell binoculars, IBM notebook, etc. Contact Det. This is what happens when crime prevention is left to the SAPS. Two of these covers in our street disappeared on Tuesday night and another two early evening on Wednesday (before 8pm). Attached is a picture of the Richmond Hill bakkie in her new livery, ready to hit the road. This is the vehicle that is at the centre of the dispute outlined in our "Open Letter to John Preller, Chairman, Humewood CPF." Why she is at the centre of such a controversy I do not know. Most law enforcement authorities would have welcomed this initiative. Richmond Hill Street Music Festival Photography Exhibition
NMMU second and third year photography students from the Department of Applied Design were assigned to photograph the bands performing at the third annual Richmond Hill Music festival on the weekend of the 23rd of June.
