White Genocide – TryMy9mm

12 September 2012 By Alan Straton

Philip Straton

On 1 September 2012 my son, Philip, started a petition AGAINST the "Australia We need Your Intervention To Stop White Genocide in South Africa" Petition. Click HERE to sign Philip's petition and get on with your life. I am proud to say that he has taken a firm stance against any form of racism and is a young man who is extremely principled. Of course the crazies who firmly believe that the colour of their skin grants them the right to all sorts of privileges over others of a different … [Read more...] about White Genocide – TryMy9mm

Bryce Lawrence Didn’t Have it in for the Springboks

10 October 2011 By Alan Straton

Bryce Lawrence

Sunday's loss by the Springboks to Australia has direct bearing on the economy of Port Elizabeth - although the increased number of relatively fresh heads on Monday of those who 'didn't find an excuse to celebrate with copious amounts of alcohol', may make up for that in productivity gains. I, for one, in protest at the lack of decisive leadership or action from the Rugby World Cup authorities, will no longer be watching the Rugby World Cup and hope that advertisers will also feel the pain of … [Read more...] about Bryce Lawrence Didn’t Have it in for the Springboks

Proteas on a Roll, Australians on the Barbie

16 February 2011 By Alan Straton

The Proteas kept their momentum going with a seven wicket victory against Australia in their second warm-up game ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup. Australia won the toss and elected to bat at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalor. But the defending world champions got off to a disastrous start losing both their opening batsmen by the fourth over. Shane Watson and Brad Haddin were both dismissed for ducks. Dale Steyn trapped Watson lbw while Haddin was run out by Lonwabo … [Read more...] about Proteas on a Roll, Australians on the Barbie

Giles Coren: What is the Point of Australia?

20 January 2011 By Alan Straton

Giles Coren

If they can't even win at cricket... just what is the point of Australia? What young Giles failed to mention was that the England Team contains a Zimbabwean Coach and Four South Africans, one of whom happens to be the captain, but, anyway I don't want to get on the wrong side of … [Read more...] about Giles Coren: What is the Point of Australia?
