South Africa vs Australia Test in Port Elizabeth

The much anticipated South Africa vs Australia Sunfoil Test match gets underway at Axxess St George’s next week Thursday at 10:30am.  The teams are due to arrive in Port Elizabeth on Monday and will have two days of practice before taking to the field on Thursday.

Fans can expect loads of fun and entertainment on and off the field. There will be something for everyone during the Test.

On Thursday 300 KFC Mini Cricket players will take to the field during the lunch break for a Test Match Festival.  Many talented cricketers have come through the KFC Mini Cricket system and this opportunity to allow the youngsters onto the field is a highlight for many aspiring cricketer.

Another schools activation will take place on Friday when 10 High Schools who have been invited to the match will participate in a “BATTLE OF THE WAR-CRY”.  During the tea break each team will perform their war cry with a winner being announced and a prize handed over courtesy of Sunfoil.

Saturday is the traditional dress up day and on SUNFOIL SIZZLING SATURDAY fans are asked to wear their zaniest, biggest, brightest hats and a winner will receive a whopping R2000 from sponsors Sunfoil.

With the weekend in full swing Sunday will be a family day with giveaways for Mom, Dad and the kids.

There will be lucky draws and giveaways each day.

Tickets are on sale at the ticket office as follows:

  • SATURDAY 15TH – 08:30-15:00
  • SUNDAY 16TH – 08:30-13:00
  • MONDAY to FRIDAY – 08:30-16:30
  • Tickets also available through any Postnet Outlet or online at www.ticketpros.co.za

Ticket prices (per day):

  • R20 Scholars / Pensioners (unreserved)
  • R40 Adults (unreserved)
  • R50-R70 (reserved seats)
