Surely by now being coloured or white, female or male and of a certain age also qualifies one to be classed as a disabled candidate?
As per:
The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is committed to employment practices that redress past imbalances in respect of race, gender, creed and disability, and as such the relevant policy will be considered during selection and placement.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the under-mentioned position. Persons with a disability are encouraged to apply.

I don’t think coloureds and whites should be classified as disabled. We are all africans and should all be treated equal in terms of our constitution. The metro just uses that mindless rhetoric to justify the placement of their family, friends and skelms. That is why our metro is a bankrupt dirty disaster. Hire people who can actually do the job.
