HERITAGE DAY:
Be on the look out! On Wednesday, 19 September 2012, the DA Branch Committee members and myself will be distributing a pamphlet and something to ‘spice up your Heritage Day’ at some robots in our ward.
Heritage Day will be held nationally on Monday, 24 September 2012, but seeing as this is a public holiday, we will be doing this on the 19th.
SRC ELECTIONS AT NMMU ON 19 SEPTEMBER 2012:
In 2011 the DA Students Organisation made history by winning the SRC Elections at NMMU. Throughout 2012 the DASO governed SRC has delivered outstanding service to all students. Under a DASO governed SRC students have experienced the delivery that they deserve. DASO has only just begun to deliver and needs your vote to do it again!
Tell your friends to get out to the polls and support DASO in the 2012 NMMU SRC Elections.
Please take note that the election is taking place tomorrow, Wednesday 19 September 2012 at NMMU.
CRAFT SALE:
We received the following information from the Friends of the Linton Grange Library who:
“… will be hosting a Craft Sale at the library on September 25th & 26th from 09h00 to 15h00 each day.
Apart from all our usual tables we will be drawing our raffle for the Spar Hamper and as usual our coffee shop will be in operation.
