A host of other local swimmers from around the country are also expected to attend the swim which kicks off at 9am on Sunday morning at Marina Martinique in Jeffreys Bay.

The swim forms part of the second round of the Cirrus Bio-Ears Swim Challenge Series which also includes Swim South Africa qualifying 5km and 3km open water swims and is one of the more successful swim series events around the country.
