Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s Traffic Officer Nomawonga Ngcibi arrested a 51-year-old taxi driver from Sanctor at a roadblock held in conjunction with the South African Police Services in Korsten on Friday.
The man had 43 outstanding warrants of arrest totalling R13 920.
He was taken to the Algoa Park Police Station until his appearance at the Municipal Traffic Court on Monday to answer why he did not pay his traffic fines since 2010.
