The story behind the Real Meal Revolution

30 March 2014 By Alan Straton

David Grier who co-authored the best seller “The Real Meal Revolution” with Professor Tim Noakes will be in Port Elizabeth to share “the story behind the book”.

Grier, an inspirational speaker, celebrity chef and an extreme adventurer joined up with “a scientist, a nutritionist, and two chef-athletes, to write the book which is changing the way people eat.

Sally-Ann Creed and Jonno Proudfoot collaborated with Grier and Noakes to write the book.

Grier will be at The Boardwalk Bargain Books on Thursday, April 3.

He will be talking about the book and will also sign copies from 5:30pm.

The aim of this book is to help readers to gain more energy, have less cravings, not to be hungry (as most diets can still leave you hungry), loose weight (the healthy way), to be much healthier in every aspect, to help better blood glucose and insulin, enhance athletic performance, increase mental focus and help you sleep better at night.

For more information contact Jacqui at Bargain Books on 041 583 4938.

This is one magic book and am sure that the book signing will be a great success. Everyone that I know who owns a copy is losing weight and raving about the recipes, they are simply DIVINE. So pleased that David Grier will be spending time in PE.
