Top EP Swimmer Wayne Jones of Port Elizabeth won the inaugral Nelson Mandela Bay Mile at Kings Beach on the 31st December in a very close tussle with SA age group swimmer Christopher Reid. Former President Nelson Mandela is doing very well, says Minister in the Presidency Collins Chabane.
