NMB Councillor named by ANC in formal complaint against DA with HRC
The ANC said on Tuesday it had laid a formal complaint with the South African Human Rights Commission to investigate the DA as a "breeding ground" for racists. Spokesperson Zizi Kodwa told News24 that they had asked the commission to investigate racism within the DA, as well as whether the DA was fuelled by racists. Hi there, It may surprise you to know that not all your household rubbish ends up in a refuse dump. Household refuse is typically collected on a Thursday in Fernglen and Sunridge Park. A number of our residents put their garbage bags out for collection well before the usual collection times. In some cases I have noted bags already out by Tuesday and Wednesday morning. The family in the image below decided to park in a Bernard Road park this past Saturday morning. Alongside the children having a wonderful time, the parents decided to have a little drink and tossed their bottle to the side. Then they decided to clean their car out with dustpan and broom, leaving their rubbish in the park. I am quite shocked, to see the state of affairs in our Metro, especially Uitenhage. We as residents are currently ourselves trying to restore our town (Uitenhage) to some form of order, with the help of the metro, but keep on coming up against wall of excuses from the metro. 20 Tons of Litter Picked up on our Coastline
