Bethelsdorp Cemetery Closed
The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality made the decision today to close the Bethelsdorp Cemetery to burials and monumental works, for a period of approximately six weeks. This decision was based on the same reasons why the Forest Hill and Paapenkuils Cemeteries were recently closed, namely the high water levels following the recent heavy rains, which make grave-digging unfeasible.
