The big shot in charge of a large listed wholesaler of alcohol and other FMCG goods has a ‘personal store’ on the premises of the business.
In this store lies a lot of high end alcohol.
Every now and then he sends a lackey to carry stock to his personal vehicle which he then leaves in, from work, at the end of the day.
To employees it looks like the big shot is overstepping the mark and either ‘stealing’ or the recipient of an ‘unusual perk’.
All are afraid to question the circumstances but, by keeping quiet, are helping to contribute to an increasing air of unhappiness and lower productivity.
What do you think – based on casual observation, is this person STEALING or the recipient of a PERK?
