Scammers Klap Taxpayers says F. Ucker

16 February 2011 By Alan Straton

Close to R1 billion has been stolen from the public through fraudsters shuffling bogus paperwork in the past year, said the Department of Public Taxpayers.

“[We] calculate that close to R1 billion has been stolen from the public since last year, using the fraudulent bogus paperwork shuffling of documents and delaying tactics employed by government employees in all departments,” said the Taxpayer’s spokesperson Mr F. Ucker.

The Department of Public Taxpayers announced this on Tuesday after it caught yet another government employee tippexing a doodle out on a computer monitor in the Department of Communications.

Elsewhere employees posing as hard working public servants:

  • Pretend to order goods and then shuffle the paper ‘looking for signatures’ from unsuspecting Taxpayers. This is done throughout the day with no regard for productivity
  • All manner of files and images are downloaded from the internet
  • Employees refuse to report lack of equipment to complete their tasks citing NMJ (Not my Job) as their reasons
  • The daily solitaire champ receives a Rounder as a prize
  • Employees disappear home before close of the day.
  • Tenderpreneurs are tasked to ‘consult’ and complete the daily tasks of ‘public servants’.

Minister in charge of checking that no crap is spoken, Mr R. Sole said today; “These are the latest in a string of incidents that the department has had to deal with. The department will shortly launch an awareness campaign to inform and sensitise the public. We will leave no Western Cape outhouse standing in our effort to redeploy these poor lost souls whose only form of on the job training occurred during the days of apartheid. Viva. Amandla. Aluta Continua. Where is the chicken?” – CrazyNews.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth.
