To commemorate Youth Day, the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality will tomorrow mark the day under the theme “Gender violence against women and children abuse” at the City Hall. There will be a march from the main Post Office in Govan Mbeki to Vuyisile Mini Square where a formal programme will take place.
