AIM’s Khusta Jack on Today’s Vital Council Meeting

AIM’s integrity is not dependent upon those who are in our universe.

Our integrity depends on us. If the ANC, today attempts to smuggle Dr Noxolo Nqwazi through the back door, they will fail. They have already told us that they are going to withdraw her from the position they illegally put her in. Now, they cynically want her to officiate in today’s meeting.

That won’t happen. AIM will stop them on their tracks.

On the other hand, the DA, has been playing games, they childishly refused to approve the Adjusted Budget, 3 times before.

We told them that they were playing with fire. We told them the Metro cannot afford to miss a cent.

On this last hour, in fear of ANC government grabbing and messing up the Metro, they suddenly are alive to the dangers we showed them before.

The DA voted three times against the Adjusted Budget. How could they do that knowing that the Metro is in a serious water disaster crises. AIM warned them.

ANC wanted to appoint a City Manager that is surrounded by numerous issues and fingered by the SIU.

AIM rejected their scheme. This is to show, if you govern with us, you are not going to do as you like.

Sisithi. Aso suleleki. Singo mthina thina.

AIM members and volunteers must be patient. We are going to continue to box above our weight division.

We are ourselves. We have integrity.

We are not going to be swayed by anyone into wrong doing.

We are ourselves, we have values and we have integrity. Measure us by ourselves.
