Following a highly-successful media launch in December 2014 and various activations which followed around the country, the all-new Opel ADAM reaches General Motors South Africa (GMSA) dealerships at the end of January 2015.

Official pricing reveals a fundamentally important ADAM factor: affordable style.

“The new three-model Opel ADAM range enters the market below R190 000, with the feature-rich range-topping model available for less than R235 000 – personification of the fact that customisable flair and style does not need to break the bank,” comments Opel Brand Manager at GMSA, Christopher Cradock.

The new ADAM range pricing is as follows:

  • ADAM 1.4 – R189 900.00
  • ADAM JAM 1.0T ecoFLEX – R209 900.00
  • ADAM GLAM 1.0T ecoFLEX – R232 900.00

With ADAM JAM and ADAM GLAM featuring a host of new-age Opel technologies – including the IntelliLink multi-media touch screen infotainment system with full smartphone support and downloadable apps, a brand-new and super-slick 6-speed manual gearbox, and the technologically-advanced new 1.0-litre ecoFLEX turbocharged 3-cylinder petrol engine, these flagship derivatives are also available with designated optional customisation packages to further enhance styling and expression.

Exploring the more glamorous side of life, the ADAM GLAM is available as standard with either a panoramic sunroof or a segment first – the 64 Starz Headliner, which mimics a starry night’s sky with 64 individual LED elements to create a truly magical interior ambience.

Further customisation options will be available at GM dealers, where ADAM owners can easily stand out even more with the availability of quick-fitment accessories – including items like interchangeable interior décor, dashboard panels, interior- and exterior mirror caps, front logo bars, wheel clips, aluminium sports pedals and exterior decal packs.
