The residents of Nelson Mandela Bay are requested to note that municipal offices, such as Customer Care Centres and the main municipal buildings in Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage and Despatch, including the Mfanasekhaya Gqobose Building, the Noninzi Luzipho Building and the Lilian Diedericks Building (previously known as the Eric Tindale Building, Pleinhuis and Brister House respectively), in Govan Mbeki Avenue will close at 12h00 on Friday, 23 December 2011 and on Friday, 30 December 2011.
Please note that this arrangement will not affect the provision of emergency/essential services, such as traffic and fire services.
