The Mfanasekhaya Gqobose (formerly Eric Tindale) Customer Care Centre has been closed as municipal workers are picketing just outside the building. This means the public will not be able to access the customer care centre to pay their accounts, among other things.
Residents can pay their municipal accounts at any Post Office, any branch of Standard Bank, Pick and Pay or by phone (041 506 5524). All service delivery related queries can be reported on 086 020 5050.
