Dear MyPE
Two Thumbs-up to “Linda” for raising the long overdue KwaDwesi traffic chaos (The Herald, 15 September 2017) opposite the Ziyabuya Shopping Centre & KwaDwesi Police Station.
What is urgently needed at that intersection is the widening of the road in front of the Police Station, having Traffic Lights installed thereafter and a Supaquick or Hi-Q franchise absorbing the informal Tyre enterprises, Car Wash, Exhaust repairs outlet and other haphazardly-established vehicle-related businesses around that chaotic business node.
The remaining business Containers could still be pushed back towards the Police Station’s boundary wall to free up visibility & mobility around that area
