As from Monday 3 June the John Tallant Road will become a one way in the direction of the N2 whilst road construction work continues.
Traffic travelling to Swartkops, Perserverance, Uitenhage and Despatch via the John Tallant Road will have to avoid the N2 and detour via Burman Road, Baxter or Stephenson Streets and onto Grahamstown Road, Deal Party.
Large multi axle truck and trailers are discouraged from using John Tallant Road and are requested to rather access the N2 via Burman Road, Deal Party.
No fixed date of completion of roadworks can be given at this stage.
