Day 6 of PTSD Challenge after being called out by Sarah Daley who is building upper arm strength and core muscles to help with her hiking when we sail the 2021 24 Hour Sailing Challenge….

Today was a beautiful sunny day in Port Elizabeth – the quiet before the expected storm and cold snap which, hopefully, will bring some much needed rain to our dams.

I challenge Mark Dawson – to do 25 push ups a day for 25 days. I know that his dedication and commitment to the cause’ will make you go and have a look at his yachts on offer here: https://fareastsa.co.za

The rules are simple:

Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible.Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, such as PTSD – you are not alone and we are here for you.
