Have you seen this man?

3 December 2013 By Alan Straton

Salome David’s brother-in-law, Kadrick Donnelly Davids (28), from Johannesburg went missing in Port Elizabeth last week on Thursday 28 November 2013.

He was last seen in a distraught state by his family at their home in Didloft Street, Bloemendal. At the time Davids was wearing shorts and green tackies and had a white jacket on.

The family’s last contact with Davids was when he phoned his mother and said that he was at the Strand Street railway station.

Salome and family have reported him as missing at the Bethelsdorp Police Station and are appealing for anyone who may have seen Kadrick to please contact them on one of the following numbers: 078 757 0908 or 041 482 1751 or Salome at work on 041 399 7080/7029. Salome can also be contacted on email: salome.barkes[at]absa.co.za.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.

    Message from Salome:

We received a phone call from a lady named Haley ( 041 791087 / 082 8545479 ) She saw Kadrick on Tuesday in the following area: Kragga Kamma Road, Sunridge off ramp near the Groggrow informal settlement. Reason why he stood out was it’s predominantly anarea populated by black people and he seemed very worn out, tired and hungry with his t-shirt taken off and thrown over his shoulders wearing a blue jeans. He seemed lost and directionless.
