The Department Trade and Industry (the dti) in collaboration with the Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) and the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) are organizing an Export Awareness Workshop, scheduled to take place on 26 & 27 June 2014, at no cost to the participating companies. Current exporters and export-ready companies are encouraged to attend.
The main focus of the workshop will be on the EMIA Financial Assistance Scheme, Export Process, dti offerings, and Export Development Assistance. Other export related topics will also be included as it forms and integral part of a manufacturer’s preparation before entering the international trade arena. Seats are limited and reservations will be confirmed on a first-come-first serve basis.
