The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality would like confirm that the voice note that has been doing claiming that the drinking water is contaminated, is fake news.
The Metro can confidently confirm that the quality of drinking water is safe.
We would like to condemn this irresponsible act and call for residents and businesses not to disseminate this voice note as it creates an unnecessary alarm.
