Electricity supply to the Port Elizabeth Central area and the City Centre will be switched off on Sunday 25 November between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm to allow for repairs to equipment at the Daly Substation.
As there is no guarantee that supply will be off throughout the whole period stated, installations in all premises must be regarded as being live during these hours.
