This email is fully compliant with the Spam Laws of South Africa: http://www.acts.co.za/ect_act/45_unsol.htm

Why displaying the above message in your spammy email doesn’t work:
- The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 does not use the word ‘spam’ at all.
- You should rather comply with this section: http://www.internet.org.za/ect_act.html#Unsolicited_goods_services_or_communications.
- The above notwithstanding most people place nuisance mails into a spam box and blindly delete it’s contents on a regular basis.
- Knowing that people delete should send a warning message that your continued abuse eventually leads to anger and complete negative marketing.
- If you are contacting people who MAY view your message as unsolicited (the word used in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002) then make damn sure that you give something good and provide a means for people to see just how you got their e-mail address.
