Was trolling someone’s Facebook page and came across this ode to Victor Matfield:
Dan sê ons dankie, sê ons Jan van Riebeeck
Ons sal vir jou nooit vergeet nie …..
And underneath a link that said; “See Translation” which read:
Than us, dankie sê sê us jan van riebeeck
Our sal vir you never forget nie…..
Maybe Mark should come spend some time in Despatch to improve that Afrikaans?
