Algoa Bay Fish Farm – Appeal Period Extended to 02 April 2020
The appeal period for the proposed Algoa Bay Aquaculture Development Zone (ADZ) will be extended until Thursday 02 April 2020.
Due to a number of appeal period extension requests and also taking into account the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 epidemic, the decision was made to extend the deadline for the submission of appeals by ten (10) working days.
Please be advised that should you wish to appeal the granting of Environmental Authorisation for the proposed ADZ in Algoa Bay, appeals must be submitted no later than 02 April 2020.
