This video shows an area called Vanes Estate in Uitenhage, where the street lights are burning 24hrs per day, when we have power cuts in this country due to the fact that our power provider can’t supply enough power for the needs of this country!!!!!!! I reported the problem to the power company the day I filmed & uploaded the potholes on the roads of Uitenhage video (two weeks ago) and still now action has been taken – this is a waste of tax payer money, waste of resources, waste of power, waste of strain on the resources of this earth! Why oh why is the municipality of Nelson Mandela Bay not doing anything about it? Surely I’m not the only resident that lodged a complaint about this??????? And then they cut our power at night due to the fact that the power grid is under “””strain””””?????? WTF??????

  1. In Malabar, Port Elizabeth, I complained about street lights in Calendula Drive, Alysum Crescent, etc. in June 2015 and today (24 Nov 2015) its still burning, 24 hours.
