Today’s Traffic Hooligans are Unknown

12 October 2012 By Port Elizabethan

This vehicle, registration number: Unknown, was spotted in Just before the Circular Drive turnoff on the Kragga Kamma Road on 12/10/2012 at around 02:20 pm.

Then some people ask why bikers make accidents! Here one is driving next to his friend clearly having a nice chat.
