Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FXN 206 EC

By

This vehicle, registration number: FXN 206 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 04/12/2012 at around 03:15 pm.

This one had the audacity to search for me in your favourite Spar and ask if I had a problem with his car. Which I did, he did not even have a limp which could have saved him SOME face. And, after highlighting that he should not be parking there, he still made no effort to move.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
