This vehicle, registration number: FXN 206 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 04/12/2012 at around 03:15 pm. This one had the audacity to search for me in your favourite Spar and ask if I had a problem with his car. Which I did, he did not even have a limp which could have saved him SOME face. And, after highlighting that he should not be parking there, he still made no effort to move.
