This vehicle, registration number: FWX 720 EC, was spotted in Greenacres Virgin Active Parking Area on 11/09/2012 at around 08:30 am.
Now here is a double chop. Not only did he park in the disabled parking but managed to block TWO of them. The yellow line you see below the driver’s side door is the end of one disabled parking and the start of another.
What a chop!
