Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FSW 057 EC

26 May 2015 By Port Elizabethan

This vehicle, registration number: FSW 057 EC, was spotted in William Moffet turn to 3rd Ave Dip on 26/05/2015 at around 08:05 am.

You are reckless and WILL cause accidents

Swerving and weaving, cutting people off .

Cut in front of me, very near miss. Not acceptable.

You weren’t actually driving whilst taking this picture, where you?

    An emailed comment: Hi Alan,

The person who took this photo is also a danger on the road as a mobile or whatever was used to take the attached photo while driving.

We have to accept only his/her word for what happened way back in William Moffat Drive as they never took photos while the incidents referred to were actually happening.

If the person feels so strongly about the matter, instead of trying to be a smart alec by sending a photo of a certain car in the 3rd Avenue dip in front of them, which is meaningless in itself, they should have reported the matter to the authorities and give them a sworn statement.

The matter could then be investigated and sent to the public prosecutor for a decision to prosecute or not.
