This vehicle, registration number: CYT 294 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 28/09/2012 at around 11:10 am.
So I casually pulled my camera out, hunkered down and snapped this vehicle whilst it was stationary. The driver wanted to know that the f*ck I was doing and I pointed out that he was parked in a disabled parking and was about to feature as the days traffic hooligan on www.MyPE.co.za.
He tried telling me that I wasn’t allowed to photograph his car as it was illegal. “About as illegal as denying a disabled person a parking,” I replied.
Then his camera phone came out and I posed prettily for him to snap my horrible visage. My attempts to get an image of his ‘pretty’ face were unsuccessful as he waved a middle finger in front of his face.
Calling me a ‘f*cking English bastard’ and some other words relating to an Afrikaans box, this miscreant paused in the act of removing his vehicle to throw one or more ‘go away making sexual movements expletives’ my way whilst flipping the DOUBLE BIRD in an impressive display of manliness and command of his chosen language.
You know the drill – SHARE this one far and wide so that he can also feel a bit of pain!

I am beginning to see one benefit of the Traffic Hooligan spot in that I
am noticing more and more disabled people using the Acres Shopping
Centre Disabled Parking area – maybe the word has gone out that there is
ONE person that is fighting inconsiderate traffic hooligans?
These photo’s should be admissable in getting a fine issued – check with our traffic department, if you can wake them up…
I know that the last lot of transgressors were avidly followed by the Traffic Department. I am unaware of any fines being issued as a result but am hoping for a commission then maybe I can afford to donate R7.00 to charity.
