Today’s Traffic Hooligan is BMC 453 EC

14 November 2012 By Alan Straton

This vehicle, registration number: BMC 453 EC, was spotted in Mercado Centre, Admiralty Way, Summerstrand on 09/11/2012 at around 01:00 pm.

Sigh – it seems like people just don’t learn. This vehicle was spotted in the same disabled parking that my TRIPLE THREAT hooligan of 21 September 2012 occupied.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
