“All that money and three trips to China, just to sign one letter!”
With a view to enhance mutual understanding and friendly ties between Nelson Mandela Bay of the Republic of South Africa and Zhuhai of the People’s Republic of China, and to carry forward the friendly exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as economy, industries, port, tourism and education, the Executive Mayor, Cllr Gary Van Niekerk shall be signing a letter of intent with the city of Zhuhai of the Republic of China.
Gary will sign the letter in front of the media tomorrow morning in the Mayor’s Parlour, City Hall.
