Day 11 of PTSD Challenge after being called out by Sarah Daley who will get to having fun with this soon OR maybe Mom, Mary, will show us all how to have fun…

I had to start today’s set with a bit of fun – and also to celebrate the fact that my lifestyle change now allows me to do as head over heels roll without having a beer boep hinder my progress.

I challenge Daryll Garner to do 25 push ups for 25 days – they will help give him the strength to complete the wonderful work that he is doing on Wild Thing – a Pacer 27 that we sail on.

The rules are simple:

Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, such as PTSD – you are not alone and we are here for you.
