The Mayor Owes NMBBC Five Rand

In his Mayoral acceptance speech today, Councillor Zanoxolo Wayile made reference to a certain recently renamed business institution as; “PERCCI”.

Now, regulars at the NMBBC (which USED to be known as PERCCI) will be well aware that the staff have a forfeit system going at the offices and elsewhere – should anyone refer to the Nelson Mandela Bay Chamber of Business as PERCCI then they need to pay a FIVE RAND fine.

Now I wonder which intrepid NMBBC’er will be toddling off to collect the fine from our Executive Mayor?

I am sorry Mr Mayor - for uttering the PERCCI word you now owe the NMBBC Five Bucks!
