You see him everywhere with our Mayor – Dark wraparound glasses, Long detailed jacket, Matching tie and shirt, Highly polished pointed shoes and a smile that lights up the room.
When asked his name he says; “4 o’clock Dave”
We think that that is not good enough so we have a new name for him: “004 Dave – Licensed to Dress“.
