Thanks for Loving me Georgia After the Volvo Ocean Race and on my last day with the Cape Town nieces (Georgia - @georgie_xx_walsh and Holly - @hope_weird_) they both gave me hand made Chrismas Cards which reduced me to tears of love and affection. The prize for the best #smile of the day at the Boardwalk Children's #Christmas event for patients at the Dora Nginza and Livingstone Hospitals went to this young lady on the left who was imbued with joy and wonder at all that went on around her - makes ones heart melt. Youngsters beat Huncle On Thursday @hope_weird_ , @georgie_xx_walsh and I in wandrered around the #volvooceanrace displays in #capetown. Of course the nieces had to challenge me to a 'grind off' at the Musto Grinding Challenge stand. First up was Georgia and I with Holly electing to take on the winner between us.
