As Japan struggles to contain a spiraling nuclear crisis, another fire has broken out at the quake-crippled No. 4 reactor of the Fukushima Daiichi plant, 240 km (150 miles) north of Tokyo, raising fears of more radiation contamination. South African Relief Team off to Japan
A team of about 50 specialists including doctors, paramedics and rescue dogs is expected to leave for earthquake ravaged Japan this evening.
