Making a Difference one book at a time
Making a real difference is the heart and soul of Varsity College Port Elizabeth's community engagement initiatives. And it is because of this heart and soul that the campus raised R70 000 to purchase a mobile library unit for Adolph Schauder Primary School. Varsity College Port Elizabeth's 2014 Corporate Social Initiative is to supply an underprivileged school with a mobile library unit and media centre. Masifunde Learner Development received a R65 000 donation to equip the Walmer High School library with the much needed textbooks and reference books.
