Dear Alan, I am writing to you about the 'parking problem' outside the Langenhoven Drive Oncology Centre, which is situated on the corner of CJ Langenhoven Drive and Mangold Street, Newton Park. While there is a large parking area available behind the hospital, people see fit to park in Mangold Street in front of the hospital. They do so, without any regard for other road users.
